Welcomed the conclusion of the Bilateral Work Agreement between Malaysia and India that authorise spouses of diplomatic agents and members of the administrative and technical staff of diplomatic missions and spouses of consular officers at consular posts for employment in the respective receiving State on a reciprocal basis;

37. मलेशिया और भारत के बीच द्विपक्षीय कार्य समझौते के समापन का स्वागत किया, जो राजनयिक एजेंटों एवं राजनयिक मिशनों के प्रशासनिक एवं तकनीकी कर्मचारियों के सदस्यों के पति/पत्नी एवं दूतावास पदों पर दूतावास अधिकारियों के पति/पत्नी को पारस्परिक आधार पर संबंधित देश में रोजगार के लिए अधिकृत करता है।

73. दोनों नेताओं ने भारत और मलेशिया के बीच द्विपक्षीय कार्य करार पर निर्णय होने का स्वागत किया जो राजनयिक मिशनों के राजनयिक एजेंटों के दंपत्ति और प्रशासनिक एवं तकनीकी स्टाफ के सदस्यों तथा कांसुलर पदों पर कार्यरत कांसुलर अधिकारियों के दंपत्ति को पारस्परिक आधार पर संबंधित प्राप्तकर्ता देश में रोजगार के लिए अधिकृत करता है;

74. (c) Under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations the members of the family of a diplomatic agent forming part of his household shall enjoy the privileges and immunities enumerated in the relevant provisions and clauses, inclusive of personal inviolability of a diplomatic agent, absolute immunity from criminal jurisdiction of the receiving state etc. as set out in the Convention.

(ग) राजनयिक संबंधों पर वियना अभिसमय के अंतर्गत किसी राजनयिक एजेंट के परिवार के सदस्य, जो उसके घर के भाग हैं, संगत उपबंधों एवं धाराओं में विनिर्दिष्ट सुविधाओं एवं उन्मुक्तियों का उपभोग करेंगे, जिसमें अभिसमय में निर्धारित एक राजनयिक एजेंट की अनतिक्रम्यता, प्राप्तकर्ता राज्य के आपराधिक क्षेत्राधिकार से पूर्ण उन्मुक्ति शामिल है।
